A brownfield project of road expansion from 2 lane to 4 lane and upgrade of existing road. Design construction and corrections to the road, existing culverts and minor bridges. Re-grading during construction and quantity calculation. QC of design along with structural design drawings were submitted. Geotech and Topographical survey were done of the site using Total station, GPS and auto-levelling. Traffic survey was also undertaken.

we were deputed specially for a stretch of 50 km. to finalize the alignment connecting the N.H.I. coming from U.P. and by passing Delhi to connect NH-1 at Harayana. Many organizations were involved in the project but failed to provide a workable solution. We, yet again, were invited to solve this tricky alignment. Our highly qualified and experienced team of engineers spent Hours of non stop brain storming and mathematics and finally achieved a break through in laying on the ground the longest curve in India (Bharat) of 8000 mts. radius of curvature.

The main objective of the project was to give pottable water to villagers, and sustained supply till 2020. We were given Two districts of Mysore and Mandya with 150 villages.

Environmental: The ENVIRONMENTAL aspect of trees coming along the highway was looked into. Topographical: Designed a triangulation scheme using the existing survey of India Co-Ordinates. There were 4 (four) base points located of the Survey of India “Survey Minars”. A traingulation scheme was conceived on the map and executed on the ground. The Trimble 4800 was used with One Base and 2 rovers.Soil investigation was carried out.
